Analog recordings on audio tape, 2005 - 2008

From 2005 to 2008 I took my hand held tape recorder with me everywhere I went. I recorded snippets from my daily commute and studio time, to dinner with friends and family holidays. In my efforts to archive every aspect of life, the project became overwhelmingly neurotic. I discontinued the work in 2008. Yet I am able to cherish the voice of my now absent grandmother, and the nostalgic quotidian of my former life.
