This wall of objects investigates the collapse of time - what Susan Stewart addresses as the all-at-onceness of the collection. In rescuing objects from their discarded state, I reassign value to each thing within a larger collection. This collection, a mash of de-/re- contextualized objects, presents a new experience of time in which the histories of each item become equally present.
